Tom, also known as TomTom, is a one-year-old podenco who was found in the campo and brought into a foster home six months ago. The world has felt like a scary place for him but this affectionate little soul is learning that not all humans are bad and that love can be safe. He is great with other dogs and although he can be a little nervous around new people in the beginning, once he opens his heart to you, there is no love like his. Tom is a gorgeous pup with a goofy and loving personality, he simply is one of a kind. He adores being close to his people and even though he’s not quite lap-dog sized, that won’t stop him from climbing up for cuddles whenever he can. He is a real foodie but he also loves snoozing, long walks, hunting geckos, making people laugh, playing and human attention. He is looking for a forever home with a family who will continue to build his confidence, shower him with the love he deserves and be patient as he keeps discovering just how wonderful the world can be. For anyone searching for a loyal, affectionate, playful and handsome friend, Tom might be who you are looking for.
