UPDATE:
Bonnie has arrived into foster in Glasgow where, as we all suspected, she is even more adorable than her photos suggested. This lovely, gently older lady is the same age as Pacita, the Podmother, was when she arrived in Scotland and I cannot get over how much she reminds me of her.
Bonnie is around 10years old and is a very happy, loving dog. She seems to be about 90% podenco, but we think she may have a bit of possibly English Bull Terrier in the mix from the look of her.
She had been used for breeding then discarded like so many, and was in a terrible physical shape when she came in, but is much better now. She has a low positive reading for leish, but no treatment needed now although we would recommend yearly blood tests till (hopefully) result went negative.
She shares a kennel with another female pod and they get on great. She also shares playtime with a range of male and female pods and Bretons of different ages and is good with all. Walks well on lead and is just generally a lovely dog
